Paramol Tablets are used for the short term treatment of moderate pain when other pain relief medicines have not worked. They contain paracetamol to relieve pain and reduce fever, combined with dihydrocodeine which enhances pain relief. Suitable for conditions such as headaches, dental pain, back pain, muscular aches, and period pain. Always use as directed and for short term use only.
